Quail Lake reservoir runs just to the south of the proposed Centennial Ranch Development. The Development, scheduled to be completed by the year 2030, will have 30,000 homes, offices and light industry placed in an area where there is no pre-exisisting sewage, water, electric, fire or police infrastructure.
