Highway 138 runs through the bottom third of the frame here. This area shown will have light, green industry on both sides of 138 when completed. The small two lane highway, also know as The Pearblossom highway is already heavily traveled. Expansion in the area has the originally small scale rural highway expanding to six lanes in the area around The Centennial site.
