This view behind Quail Lake shows where the border of residential plots 1 and 2 will come to an abrupt halt. The intial contruction of plots 1 and 2 consisting of around 3000 single family homes each will be somewhat hidden from the 138 highway. Situated in a valley between Quail Lake and the front of the Tehachipi mountains the first two areas will resemble a small mountain enclave. But once the 7 other plots are developed they will make up a small city of 100,000 inhabitents almost 75 miles from downtown Los Angeles.
